An official letter of intents must be addressed to the President of the Network and sent by email to the HERITAGE NETWORK Secretary up to 30 days before the next General Assembly. The representatives from each partner institution will then vote at a General Assembly meeting in order to decide upon opening a new partnership with the applying institution.
