Accommodation

Please, specify in the registration form whether you wish to stay on-campus or in a hotel.

IITG on-campus Guest House

  • Single room (non-sharing): ₹500 (approx. €6,50)
  • Double room (sharing): ₹700 (approx. €9)

Note: Please note that all Guest House Rooms in the Institute Guest House are double-seaters. Limited accommodations are available at IIT Guwahati (IITG) Campus, the venue of Conference. Rooms will be allotted on first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability at the time of booking. The accommodations will have basic amenities, including attached bathroom, toilet and washroom.
